Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support our Sales and Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, coordinating returns, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What you'll get? • Competitve base salary $50k + Bonus., • Fuel your growth with paid training, and continuous learning, • Medical, Vision, & Dental Insurance, • 401(k) + Company Match, • Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), • Voluntary Pet & Legal Insurance, • Company-paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance, • Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D insurance, with options to purchase Supplemental coverage, • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays, • Company-paid Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) What you will do: • Manage inbound call queues, assisting customers with returns, shipping concerns, credit issues, and general service inquiries, while routing sales-related calls to the appropriate team members., • Monitor and manage Outlook inboxes, responding promptly to internal and external requests including returns, tracking information, sales order submissions, and package investigations., • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues., • Facilitate the returns process on behalf of the sales team, including issuing RMAs and providing return labels to customers., • Accurately document all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system., • Provide backup support to the Sales Coverage Team as needed., • Coordinate communication between the Retail Sales Group, Corporate Sales Group, and other departments or external partners to resolve logistics issues, account transfers, returns, and related concerns., • Deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers, utilizing company resources to effectively resolve issues., • Flex between supporting the Retail and Corporate Sales Groups to ensure consistent customer service coverage. What you’ll need: • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required., • Sales and industry experience preferred., • Telesales experience is a plus., • Experience with data entry and CRM systems., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening across phone and other communication channels., • Excellent time management and organizational abilities., • Proven ability to follow through and meet established deadlines., • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently., • Understanding of sales standards and customer service best practices., • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)., • Associate degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) required.
