The Position • The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager, OR , will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 10-bed surgical department., • The Interim Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading approximately 60+ FTEs and will oversee a wide range of patient care including Ortho, GYN, Endo, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, and Breast., • This leader will assess current needs throughout the department and will strive to implement and maintain process improvement initiatives., • Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong OR/Surgical background.
