Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus! Position Overview: HudMed is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, working lead position responsible for the deep cleaning and disinfection of medical facilities and equipment throughout the tri-state area, with monthly travel out of state. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a meticulous approach to cleaning, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The person who is in this role will be on a fast track to management with compensation adjusted to match. This is a second shift position requiring flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Detailed Responsibilities • Cleaning and Disinfection:, • Perform thorough deep cleaning and disinfection of medical facilities, including operating rooms, procedure rooms, patient rooms, and common areas., • Deep clean and disinfect medical equipment, including surgical tables, sterilizers, and other specialized equipment., • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning agents., • Maintain accurate records of cleaning and disinfection activities., • Transportation and Logistics:, • Coordinate transportation for the team to and from job sites, utilizing company-provided buses and vans., • Transport cleaning equipment and supplies to job sites throughout the tri-state area., • Participate in monthly out-of-state trips, with all travel accommodations covered by HudMed., • Skills:, • Strong cleaning and disinfection skills., • Excellent leadership and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment., • Bilingual in English and Spanish., • Licenses and Certifications:, • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years., • Truck and trailer experience preferred., • Company-provided transportation for job site travel., • All travel accommodations are covered for out-of-state trips., • Opportunities for growth and advancement.Company DescriptionHudMed USA is a premier healthcare infrastructure partner specializing in the restoration and maintenance of critical surgical environments.
