Job DescriptionSalary: $85,000 - $90,000 Summary: As a SeniorAccountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and providing expert insights. Provide insights into financial performance trends and deliver actionable feedback to optimize their financial strategies., • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review income statement items to ensure accuracy. Proactively identify patterns and potential issues., • Oversee and streamline multiple billing, management, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage technology and best practices for optimal results., • Support and collaborate with firm managers, CFOs, and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed., • Provide financials for all creditors and banks for credit renewals, • Review/monitor IOLTA account, • Assist in managing retirement/pension program (401k, profit sharing, cash balance) Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance Software Skills • Minimum of 12 months experience using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop., • Experience with payroll tools and payroll processing software Work Environment/Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
