Job DescriptionDescription: Job Purpose Responsible for performing administrative support for functions relating to effective operations across the multiple channels of distribution for the Carroll Shelby Store and assist in Retail Store and Retail Warehouse as needed. Essential Job Function OPERATIONS: • Assisting in data entry and administrative needs of the Retail Store., • Processing transfers through Sage, Volusion and any other processing systems., • Monitoring the Trigger and the Open PO Reports to assist in inventory management., • The creation and remittance of PO’s to Vendors., • Confirming and updating the status of Outstanding PO’s with suppliers., • Assisting in Inventory Management across all channels of Carroll Shelby Store distribution., • Assisting with any ad hoc operational support needs of the Carroll Shelby Store, • Assist on a need basis in any of the Carroll Shelby Store Retail Outlets (i.e. Store, Warehouse, and Online)., • Assist in filing of the paperwork and maintaining organization (i.e.: Purchase Orders, Invoices, transfers)., • Quality control checks on incoming new product to ensure accuracy and spot checks to help maintain correct inventory levels., • Assist in the liaising between Shelby and Vendors/Resellers with any inventory discrepancies (i.e. invoicing, backorders etc.). STORE: • Assist Management in any store needs/functions., • Prep and fold Merchandise., • Assist/Greet customers in-store. Assisting others, evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, organizing, planning, and prioritizing work, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, documenting/recording information, communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates, communicating with persons outside organization, thinking creatively, updating and using relevant knowledge, performing administrative activities, identifying objects, actions, and events, interpreting the meaning of information for others, processing information, monitor processes, making decisions and solving problems, getting information, interacting with computers, scheduling work and activities, performing for or working directly with the public, file or retrieve paper documents and related materials, compile numerical or statistical data, prepare reports and certificates for vehicle leaving our facility as completed, processing outgoing mail, comply with company policies and/or regulations, use computers to enter, access or retrieve data, prepare reports for management upon request, assist with coordination of activities if requested, restock and maintain office forms, attend company meetings, maintain customer records, reports, or files, write business correspondence, answer customer or public inquiries, use word processing or desktop publishing software, maintain records management systems, use oral or written communication techniques. Abilities Requires repetitive movement, sitting, writing letters and memos, face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams, use of electronic mail, telephone conversations, contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise). Work Environment Requires working indoors outdoors, exposure to sounds and noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable when working indoors and may incur exposure to extreme heat weather conditions when in the shop area. May also be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, paint and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials when in the shop area. Job duties are performed independently. Qualifications Experience and Education Three or more years of similar experience. High School/G.E.D. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment, Random or Reasonable Suspicion Drug Screen(s). Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
