By providing alternatives to incarceration, community-based sentencing options, links to meaningful services, and community-led justice interventions, our programming keeps individuals out of jail, restores community relationships, builds local leadership, and helps participants avoid further criminal justice involvement. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the clinical practice of the Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) program. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for reviewing assessments and coordinating treatment planning meetings with stakeholders and providers. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct clinical support and coverage when needed, provide support with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, assist with trouble shooting and provide crisis intervention strategies for more challenging cases. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor may also be responsible for supervising members of the clinical team.
