Client & Closeout • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress, schedule status, and open items., • Work directly and professionally with clients, facility and quality staff, engineers, and inspectors, including inside active, operating pharmaceutical facilities., • Run the punch list process and coordinate project closeout and turnover, including support for commissioning activities. What You Bring • 10+ years of construction field experience, with a strong record as a superintendent or field leader on commercial interior fit-out or renovation projects., • Proven ability to run multiple trades and subcontractors and hold them accountable for schedule, quality, and safety., • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and how they coordinate in both interior and exterior buildouts., • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals., • Experience scheduling and passing municipal, township, and third-party inspections., • OSHA 30 certification, or the ability to obtain it promptly., • Strong communication and documentation skills, and comfort leading client meetings and working with clients on site., • Proficiency with look-ahead schedules, submittal logs, and daily reports., • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites, including extended assignments away from home.
