How You'll Contribute: The Senior Installation Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects for our clients. This position is the key field position for the bulk of the actual work that gets done in our clients' buildings. This is a Professor-level appointment for a candidate with a strong record in engineering education, academic leadership, and academic program development. The Director will position SAET as a leader in engineering education, and guide SAET's continued growth in applied engineering, workforce readiness, and innovation. The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand SAET's graduate programs, with a focus on applied, interdisciplinary, and engineering education research, and raise SAET's national profile in engineering technology, and engineering education and pedagogy. Essential Functions: We are seeking candidates suitable for the rank of Full Professor with a demonstrated record of outstanding leadership and mentorship. They should have interest and understanding of engineering education and the evolving market need for engineers and technologists.
