Learn more at You'll DoAbout the Team The Strategy & Transformation team at CoreWeave is focused on building next-generation internal systems across People Technologies. We operate at the intersection of enterprise platforms, AI-driven automation, and custom application development to deliver seamless, scalable, and intelligent workforce experiences. Our team partners closely with HR, IT, Security, and Engineering to design and implement systems that power the employee lifecycle end-to-end. About the Role As a Senior Integrations / AI Engineer, you will design and build scalable integrations across CoreWeave's PeopleTech ecosystem, including HRIS, identity, recruiting, and other enterprise systems. You'll develop APIs, microservices, and automation workflows that enable real-time data exchange and intelligent process orchestration. This role combines full-stack engineering with modern integration platforms and GenAI capabilities to create seamless internal experiences. You will also build custom applications and user interfaces that enhance workflows for HR, IT, and Finance teams. Who You Are • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or Integration Engineer, • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, • Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar, • Experience building and maintaining APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures, • Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, or Tray.io, • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow, Zapier), • Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise systems (HRIS, ERP, CRM, billing, asset management), • Familiarity with GenAI tools, APIs, and architectures (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, RAG), • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices, • Strong understanding of data pipelines, API security, and enterprise integration patternsPreferred, • Experience architecting and scaling large, complex integration ecosystems, • Strong experience working across multiple enterprise domains (e.g., Financial, Supply Chain, GTM, People systems), • You love building scalable systems and automations that simplify complex workflows, • You're curious about AI-driven development and integrating GenAI into real-world applications Our team cares deeply about how we build our product and how we work together, which is represented through our core values: • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
