What Our Client Needs: A Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise systems. This individual will collaborate across departments to ensure D365 FO supports evolving business needs and digital transformation initiatives. Who You Are: You are a technically skilled, solutions-oriented professional with deep functional expertise in D365 FO. You combine analytical precision with a collaborative mindset, enabling you to work seamlessly with business and technology teams to improve systems, processes, and user experiences. You are an excellent communicator—clear, professional, and proactive—who thrives in both independent and team-based settings. Your background includes a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), Agile or SAFe certification, and at least three years of hands-on experience with D365 FO. You have served as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, and your proficiency with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS) enhances your technical toolkit. Dynamics 365 certification is preferred. What You’ll Do: You will partner closely with the Business Applications and Product Management teams to understand business needs and design world-class solutions. You will capture, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable stories and priorities that guide system enhancements and integrations. • Administering and maintaining D365 FO, including user setup, security roles, configurations, and customizations, • Collaborating with developers and vendors to integrate D365 FO with other business systems, • Staying current with D365 updates and recommending process or feature improvements, • Developing a broad understanding of the organization’s business applications ecosystem, including D365 FO, D365 CE, and integrated systems, • Performing functional testing and providing demonstrations of system functionality, • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to recommend and deliver solutions, • Providing end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective system use, • Troubleshooting and resolving application issues, coordinating with Microsoft or third-party support as needed, • Participating in data migration, integration, and testing activities, • Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability This position requires no travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
