This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. We are seeking experienced PRN OR/PACU RN to join our team. The position is located in our facility at 360 N Bedford RD. The schedule is working as needed with weekend and holiday rotations. Job Type: Per Diem Per Diem rate $55 How You'll Contribute: We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the OR/PACU RN is responsible for: · Utilize advanced assessment skills to identify patient care problems, formulate patient care plans • Perform initial preoperative assessment, develops a plan of care, and explains the subsequent phases of surgery, • Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members, • Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received IV sedation. conscious sedation, • Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed The skills and education we need are: · Active RN license • Current BLS and/or ACLS certification, • Over 1 year nursing experience and PACU experience is strongly preferred, • Strong technical and clinical assessment skills, • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer, • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment What We Offer: • Comprehensive training To learn more about our company and culture, visit here.
