Role reports to: GERENTE SENIOR DE PORTFOLIO GLOBAL Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do As Lead Analyst, Global Project Portfolio Analytics, you will play a key role in unlocking the value of Kenvue’s project and portfolio data to support better project, portfolio, and investment decisions across Product Innovation and Operations-led projects. Combining project & portfolio analytics, financial acumen, and ability to drive adoption through user-friendly design, enablement, and data governance, you will shape and deliver globally harmonized reports, dashboards, certified datasets, and advanced analytics based on project portfolio data. In this role, you will help ensure that trusted analytic products and data foundations are available to the right audiences at the right time—whether consumed directly by stakeholders or leveraged by partner teams in downstream portfolio reporting and decision-support solutions—while continuously evolving our analytics capabilities to meet changing business needs. Key Responsibilities • Builds and publishes globally harmonized (Single Source of Truth), visually effective, insightful reports, dashboards, certified datasets, and analytics based on project portfolio data, enabling KPI tracking, portfolio transparency, portfolio health monitoring, benefits realization, and clear, decision-ready analytics for governance and executive review forums across Kenvue., • Proactively partners with Regional and Global Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Functional Leads, Business Leaders, Super Users, and Data&Analytics partners in other teams to identify new data product opportunities and enhancements to existing data products that support changing business needs., • Drives customer engagement through user-friendly, cross-functionally appropriate visualizations, certified datasets, developing and conducting training, and maintaining enablement materials such as data products, business definitions, and process documentation. Continually and actively looks for opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase adoption., • Drives project data integrity and quality improvements through monitoring, compliance reporting, exception management, and enforcement of minimal data and system standards in partnership with process and system owners., • Supports governance and executive review forums by delivering clear, decision-ready analytics and narratives that connect portfolio data to business priorities and portfolio considerations., • Prioritizes and coordinates the work of the development team through coaching and mentoring to build a work environment which enables Kenvue values, including the company’s commitment to equal employment opportunity and the value of a diverse workforce., • Expands portfolio analysis data capabilities through development of more advanced analytics such as what-if analysis, scenario planning, benefits tracking, capacity / demand insights, and portfolio trade-off views. Stays abreast of best practices and trends in project portfolio management analytics, approaches, and tools. What we are looking for Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree is required., • Minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience, preferably in a large, matrixed company within Consumer Goods, Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or similarly complex portfolio environments, is required., • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in project / portfolio analytics, portfolio governance, PMO analytics, or portfolio decision support is required, preferably in a large, global company with complex project portfolios., • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with complex data sets and hands-on development of enterprise analytics products, including executive dashboards, certified datasets, and self-service reporting in Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus., • Demonstrated experience with an enterprise Project and Portfolio Management platform is strongly preferred; Planisware experience is highly preferred. Experience with Planview, Project Server, or similar tools is acceptable., • Proven track record of identifying appropriate methods to collect, govern, analyze, and present impactful project / portfolio data to a broad audience in support of prioritization, transparency, and decision enablement., • Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of financial principles and project / portfolio evaluation methods such as Net Sales, NPV, Margin, IRR, and benefits realization, and how to use this knowledge to make recommendations aligned to business goals is required., • Demonstrated experience driving analytics enablement and adoption, including user training, self-service enablement, certified dataset and dashboard portfolio governance, or adoption improvement initiatives, is required., • Experience in building and deploying new Project Portfolio Management analytic capabilities, including scenario planning, capacity modeling, benefits tracking, or portfolio trade-off views, is required., • Experience with data governance, data quality monitoring, report certification, semantic models, or workspace governance is required., • Ability to operate in a complex environment and interact across multiple levels of the organization, and lead discussions without line authority to build alignment across senior cross-functional partners is required., • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and ongoing organizational change. Ability to act as a change agent and adapt quickly to changing business and organizational dynamics is required., • Must be customer-focused, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a global team. Desired Qualifications • Master’s Degree preferred, ideally in Project / Portfolio Management, Finance, IT, Business, or Analytics., • Direct experience in Innovation, R&D, Product Development, PMO, or enterprise transformation portfolio analytics is preferred over operational, commercial, logistics, or marketing analytics experience., • Experience with Planisware reporting / analytics, data stewardship, and portfolio governance processes is highly preferred.
