Title: Project Manager Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday – Friday. Standard shifts may include 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, or 10am – 6pm, depending upon projects assignments. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak project periods is required. Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience. Role Overview: The Project Manager oversees facility construction, renovation, and major repair projects involving all building elements/systems. The Project Manager also analyses and oversees routine maintenance operations as needed. The work centers on three core areas: Key Responsibilities 1. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Donor Relations Coordinator will join a 17-person Development and Marketing team, raising approximately $14 million annually from individual donors, foundations and institutions, corporations, special events, and government to support our free programs in New York City parks. Reporting to the Director, Individual Giving & Special Events, this position will play a critical role in supporting the department’s Individual Giving, fundraising events, and SummerStage and Young Patrons membership campaigns. This position provides broad administrative, operational, and event support for the team, helping to ensure a seamless donor experience across membership programs, fundraising events, and digital campaigns. The Coordinator supports gift processing, database management, financial tracking, and donor communications, while assisting with event logistics and donor research. Eco-Innovators is a program for 9th - 12th graders that gives students access to environmental STEM learning and introduces them to NYC infrastructure and leaders as they work to invent creative projects that push the environmental resiliency movement forward in their own communities. Students make real change as they explore urban infrastructure and advocacy tools and learn techniques to help solve challenging environmental issues, including expanding green spaces, increasing recycling and reducing waste, and improving energy efficiency. City Parks Foundation seeks an experienced environmental educator with deep knowledge of and passion for environmental resiliency and community advocacy. Reporting to the Senior Manager of STEM Pathways, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in delivering instruction to and working with adolescents in a project-based, out-of-school time setting. During the school year, the Eco-Innovators Program Manager manages and implements after-school programming for up to 25 high school students at each of 4 locations, using site-specific, inquiry-based lessons to stimulate meaningful learning experiences for students in their own communities. THE TEAM The Marketing department’s strategic objective is to provide marketing, digital and social media support to our Talent Management, Live, TV Production and Distribution divisions. Focusing on campaign planning and management, content creation, reporting and analysis, data management, branding positioning, merchandise and licensing, the aim is to maximize income and outreach for our talent and brands. The vast combined knowledge of our twelve-member team contributes to the success of our division and is continually exploring new and creative ways to enhance our talent and brands' exposure. The focus of the digital team is to strategize and execute ways to raise awareness and engagement with the production, client, or media through creative, brand-aligned content. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Social Media Manager will sit within the Marketing team and lead the development and execution of social-first campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, shaping channel growth, creating engaging content, and delivering high-impact campaigns across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. The role requires creative thinking, strong platform instinct, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile campaigns simultaneously. This position is suited for someone who is both strategic and execution focused, with a passion for storytelling, audience growth, and culturally relevant content. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and talent, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life while contributing to the continued growth of Avalon's digital presence. This role will include: • Lead the day-to-day management and growth of social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms., • Develop and execute social media strategies that build awareness, grow audiences, and deepen engagement around Avalon clients and productions, working alongside Avalon’s global marketing team., • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and publishing workflows, keeping everything timely and on brand., • Take a hands-on approach to content creation, producing social-first material in-house across video, light-touch graphics, and copy, from concept to delivery., • Track performance across growth, engagement, and reach, turning data into clear recommendations that inform strategy., • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and talent, allowing for strong and consistent creative collaboration., • Manage Social Media Assistant (once hired), supporting their development and attending weekly 1-to-1s.
