Job Description Job Overview of Direct Support Professional -Entry Level-Day/Overnight Shifts The Direct Care Youth Worker is responsible to maintain a safe, predictable and therapeutic living environment for children in care at Andrus while supporting the agency’s mission, vision, core values and treatment philosophy. Job Description Position Overview: The STP Recreation Therapist, under close supervision, is responsible for: Conducting and coordinating all recreation (e.g. recreation education and therapeutic recreation activities) for the residents of the Jackson RIC and Rose Cottage Providing clinical input into the therapeutic milieu to ensure the most appropriate care for each child.
