Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Job Summary: The Physical Therapist I is a motivated and clinically strong orthopedic professional with a minimum of two years of experience, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role focuses primarily on orthopedic rehabilitation while also supporting patients with balance impairments, generalized weakness, and debility. The ideal candidate is adaptable, well-rounded, and collaborative, with an interest in expanding clinical skills-including vestibular rehabilitation (preferred but not required). Working within a supportive, interdisciplinary team of Physical and Occupational Therapists, the Physical Therapist I provides individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions (40 minutes per patient) to ensure optimal outcomes, exceptional patient experience, and evidence-based clinical excellence. Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, balance deficits, and functional debility., • Deliver one-on-one, 40-minute treatment sessions focused on functional restoration, pain reduction, strength, mobility, and return to prior level of function., • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training., • Assess and treat patients with balance impairments, incorporate fall prevention strategies and safety education., • Provide vestibular rehabilitation interventions when appropriate (interest in vestibular therapy preferred)., • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely achievement of functional goals., • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies., • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards., • Collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, referring providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care., • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
