Job Description Business Development Coordinator I. Position Objective Contribute to the development and implementation of the Polyolefins Business Unit–Business Development plan, with focus on utilizing organizational resources in marketing, technology and manufacturing. In alignment with Corporate Strategy and Polyolefins Division Focus Objective; assist in the development of business/increase market share, maximize sales opportunities. II. Major Areas of Accountability LEAD GENERATION • Research and identify potential customers in target industries, applications, or geographic regions., • Initiate and build a pipeline of prospective customers; qualify leads and prepare them for sales engagement., • Qualify leads and schedule introductory presentations., • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, product management, manufacturing) to ensure alignment on customer outreach and lead follow-up., • Support sales team by preparing follow-up communications and coordinating next steps with leads., • Ensure timely responses to prospect inquiries and provide administrative support for proposals, quotes, and product information., • Help prepare for sales presentations, customer visits, and internal strategy sessions., • Assist in market and customer analysis to identify new product or market opportunities., • Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the product team to support product positioning and feature improvements., • Support the launch of new products with communication materials and customer introductions.
