Job Description Join C&L Autobody as an Auto Body Blueprint Estimator and play a pivotal role in our dynamic and growing operation. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Write accurate and detailed repair estimates, • Order parts efficiently and track deliveries, • Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process, • Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards, • Work closely with insurance adjusters and maintain strong DRP/insurance partner relationships, • Monitor job costs to ensure profitability and control expenses, • Auto Estimating: 5 years (Preferred), • Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred, • Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed, • Parts Trader Experience (preferred), • ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing (preferred), • Understanding of gross profit (preferred)About Company C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ.
