Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Write accurate and detailed repair estimates, • Order parts efficiently and track deliveries, • Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process, • Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company and industry standards, • Work closely with insurance adjusters and maintain strong DRP/insurance partner relationships, • Monitor job costs to ensure profitability and control expenses, • Auto Estimating: 5 years (Preferred), • Experience writing/working with all major DRP programs (Geico, Progressive, USAA, Allstate, etc.) preferred, • Prior experience working as an insurance adjuster is welcomed, • Parts Trader Experience (preferred), • ADAS exposure or experience writing & billing (preferred), • Understanding of gross profit (preferred)About Company C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state.
