Job Description: This role is accountable for executing the data and AI product roadmap, driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that unlock value from our data assets and AI capabilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • BASE: Refine and execute the data and AI product roadmap, ensuring delivery against business goals and technical milestones., • GROWTH: Contribute to our data monetization strategy by identifying new opportunities to expand and leverage our data assets., • Refine and manage the product roadmap and software development lifecycle (SDLC) for data and AI products, • Maintain a comprehensive catalog and inventory of data assets and access patterns, including data at rest and in transit, • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to align product development with data governance and access rights, • Support the partnerships team in expanding the channel model and identifying new opportunities, • Deliver AI-based recommendations that serve both tactical needs and strategic initiatives, • Lead the full product journey — from exploring new ideas, defining business value, shaping requirements, launching into the market, and continuously improving after launch., • Collaborate across teams — work closely with engineers, data analysts, clinicians, and business leaders to ensure solutions meet technical, operational, and customer needs., • Understand the market and users — gather insights from customers, industry trends, and competitors to make sure our products solve the right problems and stay ahead of the curve., • Balance innovation with responsibility — ensure AI products are safe, transparent, and respectful of patient data and privacy., • Measure success — define clear goals, track adoption and outcomes, and use those insights to refine the product over time., • Communicate clearly — translate complex technical details into simple explanations for different audiences, from executives to frontline users., • Current AI technologies, including agentic workflows, • Healthcare data structures, including normalization, transformation, and mapping, • Cross-functional and strategic program management and delivery, • Ability to manage products that involve both technical depth (AI models, data systems) and user-facing impact (workflow, decision support, or automation)., • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to turn broad challenges into specific, actionable plans., • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills — able to align teams and inspire confidence with customers., • Financial planning, revenue modeling, and cost targeting, • Various software delivery methodologies (e.g., V-Model, Agile, Scrum, Combined), • Data archiving and aggregation strategies, • Data lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and other large-scale data strategies, • Demonstrated success with healthcare data normalization and aggregation strategies, • Demonstrated success working with data lakes and large-scale healthcare data infrastructure, • Background in real-world evidence (RWE) generation and analysis, • Industry experience in hospitals, labs, electronic medical records (EMRs), pharmaceuticals, clinical research organizations (CROs), or healthcare data licensing, • Proficiency in healthcare analytics, particularly in regulated or high-complexity environments, • Hands-on experience with real-world healthcare workflows, such as patient care, lab testing, billing, or insurance operations., • Understanding of the challenges of working with healthcare data, including data quality, complexity, and privacy.
