Location: Manasquan, NJ Position Description: This position is responsible for supporting and assisting with the on-site installation and removal of medical imaging systems, which includes packing, lifting and pushing the systems in and out of the warehouse and on-site securely. Roles & Responsibilities: • Assist the team leader with the on-site installation and removal of medical imaging systems. This includes placing the system on dollies, and pushing the system in and out of the building and on to a truck packed securely., • Unloading and loading trucks, for warehouse pick-ups and deliveries, • Observe and assist with trailer refurbishment and trailer upgrades, • Support and assist with staging of MR/CT machines in the warehouse at NIS, • Performs warehouse functions, provided by the manager, including but not limited to, disinfecting, cleaning, crating, packing, etc., • Responsible for moving anything within the warehouse with the use of forklifts or pallet jacks., • Must be able to push/pull/lift heavy equipment, • Maintain proper housekeeping standards Education Required • Some college preferred Experience • 3-5 years or more of warehouse experience preferred, • Mechanically inclined preferred, • Valid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIRED, • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, • Opportunity to travel up to 75% of the time with overnight travel including overtime and some weekends, • Willing and able to undertake after-hours travel to carrier offices, drop-boxes, and airports Competencies • Organizational and time management skills, • Team player: willing to go above and beyond to help others, • Positive and professional attitude, • Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly throughout the day, • Able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion, • Able to stoop, sit, stand, bend, crouch and climb, • Able to operate a forklift or to be certified to operate a forklift within 8 weeks of hire, • Able to work in a regulated medical environment and warehouse conditions

The ideal applicant will work independently with direction from team leaders with an emphasis on detailed, daily reporting.
