As a Regional Sales Manager, youll be the driving force behind our contract sales strategy, team development, and market expansion. Your responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Development • Mentor and support a team of contract sales professionals, • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and performance reviews, • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance, • Align regional sales strategies with company goals, • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, • Guide reps in developing and refining quarterly strategic plans, • Lead initiatives such as national sales meetings and onboarding programs, • Track budgets and timelines to ensure project success, • Promote transparent communication across teams and stakeholders What You Bring to the Table Were looking for a bold, strategic leader whos ready to elevate our Contract Division.
