Our shop has earned the prestigious National Board Repair "R" Certificate of Authorization and Symbol Stamp and "U" Certificate of Authorization and Symbol Stamp attesting to our service expertise. Also, our technicians are certified ASME code welders. We maintain a Class "A" installers license in New York City and are licensed throughout the metropolitan area as well. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Provider to join our team as a Primary Care Provider (PCP). As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care, making a positive impact on the lives of our diverse patient population. To learn more about our mission and vision, visit As a Primary Care Provider, your responsibilities will include: • Screening, diagnosing, and treating Callen-Lorde patients., • Providing care in a sensitive and non-judgmental manner., • Making appropriate internal and external referrals., • Offering comprehensive care based on pre-arranged schedules (20 min appts f/u and 40 min new pt appts), • Documenting care promptly and following charting protocols (EHR: EPIC), • Ensuring appropriate follow-up for ordered care, including referrals and test results., • Providing care to patients living with HIV. Medical providers new to HIV and other specialized care will participate in didactics, precepting, and case conferencing in order to build competency., • Contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts., • Maintaining familiarity with clinical guidelines in various areas of care.
