Job Description A mission-driven organization is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily operations and service delivery across several emergency shelter locations. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in social services and a talent for managing teams in dynamic environments. Role Highlights: * Coordinate activities and communication between multiple shelter sites and key partners. * Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. * Monitor site operations for safety, compliance, and quality of care. * Oversee case management, intake, and client support services. * Manage resources, schedules, and reporting for optimal efficiency. * Maintain confidential records and ensure adherence to privacy standards. * Participate in policy review and emergency response as needed.
