Job Description About us: The New Jersey Expanding Capabilities Center (NJECC) is a progressive day habilitation program, servicing adults 21+ with developmental disabilities to be as functional and independent in their day-to-day lives as possible. Job Description: Direct Support Professionals assists individuals with disabilities in the successful completion of Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) by teaching functional skills to be used in their day-to-day. Performs light maintenance as necessary to buildings and grounds. • Job DescriptionMajor Responsibilities, • Opens the gates to the lot and checks para-transit parking areas to ensure all can be dispatched in a timely manner.
