About the Role Big Ben Medical Supplies is looking for a Field Account Executive to join our growing sales team. We welcome motivated candidates from different experience levels. Recent college graduates and early career professionals are encouraged to apply if they are coachable, professional, competitive, and excited to build a career in healthcare sales. Candidates with prior sales experience, healthcare knowledge, medical supply experience, or account management experience are also strongly encouraged to apply, as that background can help them ramp faster and maximize their earning potential. In this role, you will represent Big Ben Medical in the field, build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and show healthcare providers how we can help them save money, improve purchasing, and operate more efficiently. You will connect with prospects and customers through in person visits, scheduled meetings, warm leads, cold outreach, phone calls, and virtual conversations. What You Will Do Meet with healthcare providers in person to introduce Big Ben Medical and build new business relationships. Cold visit and schedule meetings with potential customers in your assigned territory. Maintain strong daily activity, including a target of at least 5 field visits and 10 meaningful customer or prospect calls per day. Manage and grow active customer accounts through follow up, product education, upselling, and cross selling. Educate customers on Big Ben Medical solutions, including point of care testing, medical supplies, Diamond Membership, and RUCO inventory support. Identify customer pain points related to pricing, ordering, inventory, stockouts, product access, and vendor service. Use strong communication and negotiation skills to move opportunities forward and close sales. Stay organized, track activity, and communicate consistently with customers and the internal team. What We Are Looking For Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior sales experience in healthcare, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, business services, or outside sales is a plus. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners, office managers, providers, and clinic staff. A positive, professional, and persistent attitude. Ability to work independently in the field while staying accountable to daily and weekly goals. Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve continuously. Comfort with cold outreach, in person visits, phone calls, and follow up. Strong organization and time management skills. Compensation Our Field Account Executives have a total On Target Earnings opportunity of $70,000 per year. Base salary: $35,000 annually, paid monthly Variable compensation: $35,000 annually at target, paid quarterly based on goal achievement Total target compensation: $70,000 annually High performing team members who exceed their goals can earn up to 250 percent of their variable commission opportunity, resulting in total annual compensation of up to $116,800. Individual starting compensation may vary based on experience, education, training, and overall fit for the role.
