Overview The HRIS Coordinator supports the daily administration and data accuracy of key HR systems including ADP Workforce Now, Cornerstone, PayFactors, and the Cheers! Recognition Portal. This position ensures employee data, job changes, and compensation updates are processed accurately and on time. The Coordinator assists with system audits, compliance reporting (EEO-1 and unemployment claims), and the creation of standard HR reports such as census and ad-hoc data requests. They also maintain employee records, process rate and status changes, and provide system support for onboarding, performance, and training programs. The role provides essential administrative and technical support to HR leadership, helping coordinate data entry, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth HR process execution. The HRIS Coordinator also assists with employee inquiries, milestone recognition orders, and engagement program tracking. Success in this role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational and Excel skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing recurring system tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities ADP System Administration - PAF Administration – obtaining documents, verifying accuracy, inputting new hires, status changes and terminations into ADP, and filing documents on ADP Cloud - Maintaining the quality and consistency of the HRIS database - Continuous upkeep of the HRIS system includes processing all new hire information, terminations, status changes, and personal information changes - Notifying “need to know” associates and IT of Status Changes - Developing and Running reports as needed in ADP - Monthly audits to ensure data accuracy - Assisting in the creation/updating of Job Codes, Departments, Job Titles, Business Units, etc. - Determining seniority dates based on past employment - Training on new modules and system updates - Troubleshooting, analyzing, detecting, identifying, and correcting technical issues and deficiencies - Coordinating meetings with vendors to resolve issues with systems - Updating the HRIS homepage to reflect new programs, benefits, links, etc. - Assisting Associates with ADP registration- Ensuring that all compensation changes are entered into HRIS system and communicated to payroll in a timely manner - Entering union contract wage changes and annual increases HR System Administration Cornerstone Portal - Manage Cornerstone’s performance portal, learning portal, development plans, annual performance reviews, and compliance curriculums - Oversee the monthly changes to the course catalog, specifically for courses that relate to ABG’s compliance curriculums - Assisting HR Director with performance reviews and general system administration - Assist Associates with troubleshooting - Maintain Cornerstone homepage aesthetics MTM Recognition Portal - Ensuring that all seniority dates in HRIS system are correct in order for anniversary gifts to be distributed at the correct time - Adjust seniority dates for rehired Associates - Performing regular catalog refreshes, ordering retirement gifts, and reviewing/submitting monthly invoices Tech Support, Research and Development - Provide tech support and troubleshooting for ADP, Cornerstone, and MTM Recognition Portal - Reach out to vendors for new software demos - Run budget comparison reports for potential software partnerships- Meet with ELT and present new software, budget analyses, and obtain approvals - Recommend vendors to HR Director and VP, People & Organizational DevelopmentTutorial Development - Assist HR Director with developing tutorials for various systems to provide further support to Associates HR Assistance Responsibilities Executive Assistance - Assist VP, People & Organizational Development with scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, booking rooms, etc. - Monitor and distribute department mail Recruitment - Assist with scheduling interviews and assessments when needed HR Events and Retention Efforts - Leading and assisting in planning events for the company - Contacting vendors and pricing out supplies - Advertising events and tracking RSVPs - Coordinating “day-of” activitiesQualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, • Proficient with HRIS system (experience with ADP), • Experience with Cornerstone and other cloud-based platforms, • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, • Experience with Customer Service & Training Others, • General HR knowledge and experience, • Strong interpersonal skills, focused on continuous improvement, • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure and set task priority, • Ability to work well with others in a team setting, • Highly detail oriented, organized, and quality conscience, • Ability to grasp complex system workflows The Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
