As a server, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for our members and guests by offering attentive and professional service. Key Responsibilities: • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently., • Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner., • Serve food and drinks in a professional and courteous manner., • Ensure that the dining area is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times., • Monitor members and guests need, responding promptly and with a positive attitude to any requests or concerns., • Provide detailed knowledge of the menu as well as wine and drink pairings., • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest dining experience., • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the dining areas., • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety guidelines., • Ensure compliance with all club policies and procedures, including those related to food and beverage service, alcohol management, and guest satisfaction., • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.Requirements: Qualifications: • Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment., • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills., • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service., • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette., • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs., • Competitive hourly wage, plus tips, monthly bonus, and year end gratuity., • Complimentary meals during shifts., • 401(k) match up to 4%, • Health insurance and other benefits for full-time employees., • A friendly, inclusive work environment with a focus on team success.
