Seeking a motivated and energetic bartender for a new speakeasy opening in NoMad on Madison Ave and 32nd Street. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years bartending experience is required - Knowledge of drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation - Demonstrate knowledge of all signature cocktails (ingredients, spec, build) - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships and experiences - Must be of legal drinking age - Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it) Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met - Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons - Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar - Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till - Provide suggestions and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and our menu offerings - Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing - Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by collaborating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
