We're seeking a skilled and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and oversee the financial operations across all stores. Position Summary The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing many aspects of the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of the entire bookkeeping process. Key Responsibilities • ​Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for all 10 store locations, • ​Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, • ​Manage payroll and related reporting (future state), • ​Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, • ​Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking, • ​Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and audits, • ​Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting, • ​Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-location business, • ​Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting principles, • ​Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, • ​Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, • ​Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, • ​Part-time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling), • ​Competitive hourly rate based on experience, • ​Experience in the automotive or retail industry, • ​Familiarity with Florida tax and labor regulations
