Duties Develop and deliver dynamic leadership curriculum tailored to diverse youth groups Facilitate workshops, group activities, and discussions that promote leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Mentor and motivate participants to achieve personal and group goals Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants Prepare educational materials and resources for program sessions Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements for future sessions Qualifications Prior university experience or current enrollment in higher education programs preferred Demonstrated interest in youth development, education, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate young people of various backgrounds Organized with excellent planning skills Passionate about empowering youth and fostering leadership qualities Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading youth programs is a plus This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals while developing valuable leadership and instructional skills. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, scheduling, document management, and communication support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office and project teams.• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, and data entry. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate staff members., • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate team events., • Assist with preparing client proposals, invoices, and reports., • Maintain office supplies and equipment; liaise with vendors as needed., • Support HR and accounting functions such as timesheet tracking and expense reports., • Update and organize digital files and company records., • Assist project managers with documentation and client correspondence., • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
