Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in our Passaic Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Proficient in patient assessment methods and diagnostic evaluation processes. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to develop tailored interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.
