This role plays an integral part in executing both local and firmwide talent initiatives, with a particular focus on campus recruiting, summer associate programs, and attorney development programming. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition • Coordinate campus recruiting and summer associate programs, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, hiring committee preparation, and prospect outreach, • Support summer associate programming, including work assignment coordination, training sessions, and social events, • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation schedules, • Monitor and track the local recruiting budget, • Coordinate local associate relations events and in-house attorney training programs, • Support implementation of firmwide talent development initiatives, including coaching programs and training academies, • Monitor associate relations and professional development budgets, • Work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends for recruiting and firm events, • Travel as required for recruiting programs and initiatives, • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Experience coordinating training programs, events, and large-scale initiatives, • Working knowledge of legal recruiting and attorney development practices, • Bachelor's degree required, • 2+ years of experience in a professional, financial services or legal environment (required), • Experience in human resources, attorney recruiting, talent development, or law school career services preferred, • Campus recruiting experience required
