(UAU) is a Staten Island-based community organization providing youth development, education, and community support services. The Group Leader supports COMPASS, SONYC, Beacon, and Cornerstone programs by supervising classroom-based afterschool activities for youth ages 5 to 13. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth while supporting program staff with daily operations and activity implementation.
