    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to assist on a per-case basis with asylum and removal defense matters. This is a flexible, part-time role for an attorney comfortable handling cases before the Immigration Court and federal filings where needed. Our office handles client intake, initial screening, and administrative coordination. We are looking for an attorney to step in on legal strategy, filings, and court appearances as needed. Duties: • Handle asylum cases from preparation through adjudication, • Appear for Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before EOIR, • Review and file defensive asylum applications (Form I-589) and supporting evidence, • Draft legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation, • Handle or assist with habeas corpus petitions in federal court (as applicable), • Advise on deportation defense strategy and case posture, • Requirements, • Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction, • Demonstrated experience with asylum and removal defense cases, • Comfortable appearing in Immigration Court (EOIR), • Experience with motions practice and legal writing, • Familiarity with federal court filings (habeas petitions preferred but not required), • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Compensation: Compensation is provided on a per-case basis and varies depending on the scope and complexity of each matter. Work Structure: Flexible, part-time, per-case arrangement hybrid work, with court appearances as needed Cases assigned on an ongoing basis Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jamaica, NY 11434

Key Responsibilities Preparation • Sanding, surface correction, and proper substrate preparation, • Removal of oils, contaminants, and imperfections, • Clean, precise masking of all non-painted components Paint Application (Primary Responsibility) • Apply primer, basecoat, and clear coat with consistency and control, • Ensure even coverage and clean finishes across carts, trailers, and steel components, • Maintain proper spray technique, gun setup, and material handling, • Execute efficiently across multiple units without sacrificing quality Finishing & Quality Control • Buffing, polishing, and final surface refinement, • Identify and correct defects (runs, orange peel, dry spray, inconsistencies), • Deliver consistent, production-level finishes across all units Performance Expectations • Ability to handle multiple units simultaneously in a production workflow, • Maintain speed without compromising finish quality, • Work extended hours (60+) while staying consistent and detail-oriented, • Operate with minimal supervision and take ownership of output Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years in an auto body shop (prep + paint required), • Proven ability to spray independently (not just prep or assist), • Strong understanding of paint systems, materials, and workflow, • Experience in high-volume or production environments strongly preferred, • Ability to read and execute work orders without constant direction, • Must be able to wear a respirator Physical Requirements • Lift and carry up to 80 lbs, • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, • Repetitive motion and extended standing Compensation Flat Rate: $2,400 for the week (60 hours available) • Structured for experienced professionals who can produce efficiently, • Opportunity for continued contract work based on performance
