The individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and our automation strategy translating operational datasets (often built natively as part of the job) into actionable insight that drive delivery of strategic benefits. The role will own the end-to-end from requirements ideation and gathering through to deployment and adoption — while embedding a culture of data-driven thinking across the function. The individual will also play a key role in the organisation's broader data strategy, ensuring that analytics outputs are scalable, governed and aligned to business priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Analytics Business Intelligence Delivery /h3 ul liDeveloping, designing and delivery of data insights and solutions, to support operational, financial and client performance monitoring across the Private Credit function /li liTranslating complex business requirements into clear data models, analytical frameworks and visualisation outputs using appropriate tools. Knowledge pf tools such as Power BI, Power Platform or equivalent platforms highly encouraged /li liOwning the end-to-end delivery of analytics use cases, from requirements definition and data sourcing through to testing, deployment and post-launch optimisation /li liConducting advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities, providing insight and recommendations to senior management and functional leadership /li /ul h3Data Governance Quality /h3 ul liEnsuring that all analytics outputs are underpinned by robust data quality controls, clear data lineage and consistent definitions aligned to enterprise data governance standards /li liPartnering with data and technology teams to ensure that PC data infrastructure supports the evolving analytical needs of the business /li liOn ad hoc basis, ddentifying and escalating data quality issues, driving timely remediation and embedding preventative controls within upstream data processes /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Insight Communication /h3 ul liEngaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their data and insight needs, translating requirements into prioritised delivery roadmaps /li liPresenting analytical findings and BI outputs to senior management in a clear, compelling and accessible way, enabling confident, evidence-based decision-making /li liActing as a subject matter expert on data and analytics matters, providing guidance and challenge to business stakeholders on how best to leverage available data assets /li /ul h3Subject-Matter Leadership Capability Development /h3 ul liMentoring Private Credit automation champions with focus on data-first, high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, professional development and continuous improvement /li liBringing strong capability in Python, SQL and BI tooling through structured learning programmes and on-the-job coaching /li liDriving adoption of best practices in analytics engineering, including version control, code documentation, testing frameworks and modular pipeline design /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or data management role, ideally within financial services or asset management /li liDemonstrated ability to design and deliver end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements gathering through to deployment and user adoption /li liStrong proficiency in Python for data analysis, pipeline development and automation highly desirable /li liHands‑on experience with BI and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, including development of complex, multi-layered dashboards and reporting solutions /li liStrong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks and enterprise data management principles /li liStrong business acumen and the ability to connect data insight to commercial and operational outcomes in a meaningful way /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences at senior level /li liComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic, high-ownership environment, managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams /li liFamiliarity with private credit, fund administration or alternative investments is advantageous but not essential /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 pWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you. /p pOur industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning. /p h3Our global benefits also include: /h3 ul liSupport for professional accreditations such as ACCA and study leave /li liFlexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday! /li liContinuous mentoring along your career progression /li liActive sports, events and social committees across our offices /li li24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program /li liThe opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan /li liPlus additional local benefits depending on your location /li /ul pMonthly base salary for this position is from 4,500 EUR to 6500 EUR gross.
