Join a team that is dedicated to delivering groundbreaking products and making a significant impact on our clients' success. _ Overview of the Team The Global Commissions team is a small, high-impact team based, currently composed of two core members. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales commissions process globally, including data management, calculations, reporting, and stakeholder support. The team works very closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and senior leadership (including ELT), especially during commission plan design and implementation cycles. The team is highly dynamic and involved in both operational execution and strategic initiatives. Role Overview As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Commissions team in the administration and execution of global commission processes, as well as broader treasury-related activities. This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to commission plan operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior team members and multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and HR. The role requires strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, particularly as commission plans are redesigned and implemented for upcoming fiscal years. Responsibilities include: • Supporting the end-to-end global commissions process, including data collection, validation, and preparation of reports, • Assisting in maintaining clean and accurate commissions data across systems, • Supporting the preparation of monthly commission calculations, payroll files, and employee statements (160+ employees), • Helping respond to queries and resolve discrepancies related to commissions, • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment, • Supporting the update and maintenance of commission models based on plan changes, • Assisting with analysis of new vs. historical commission plans and scenarios, • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports related to commissions, billing, and collections, • Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives (e.g. Excel enhancements) How You Will Make an Impact You will contribute to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and scalable commissions process at a critical time of transformation and increased complexity. Your impact will be measured by: • Accuracy and reliability of commission calculations and reports, • Ability to maintain clean and structured data, • Responsiveness to stakeholder queries, • Contribution to improving processes and efficiency, • Support provided during commission plan implementation cycles Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related, • Advance Excel skills – expert level (data handling, formulas, basic analysis), • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, • Fluent in English, • Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset Desired Skills and Experience • Experience working with large datasets, • Exposure to financial systems (e.g. Oracle, ERP tools), • Basic knowledge of commissions or sales compensation processes, • Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment, • Interest in automation and process improvement, • Proactive and eager-to-learn attitude What’s in It for You?
