Responsibilities Manage 2-4 developers at any time who are building / working on products. Oversee the development and maintenance of two mobile apps and one web-based app. Improve UX/UI experience for clients. Requirements: Professional experience as a programmer. At least 1-3 years as a technical project/product manager. Proficiency in at least one coding language, with a willingness to learn others. Under the guidance of the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all conferences and events hosted at SLS Barcelona. Collaborate with clients to understand their conference needs, including objectives, budget, and specific requirements. Develop detailed conference event plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure their smooth execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the conference planning process and on the day of the event. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and within client guidelines and financial targets are achieved utilizing resources efficiently. Collaborate to develop and execute promotional strategies to attract clients and maximize event bookings. Conduct site visits and consultations with clients. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications What we are looking for... Degree in Hotel Management or related studies. +2 years of experience in hospitality/luxury Events or Sales & Marketing department. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English. Objetivo del puesto: Gestionar, coordinar y optimizar la planificación, ejecución y venta de eventos en el restaurante, asegurando una experiencia excepcional para los clientes, el cumplimiento de los estándares de lujo del hotel y la maximización de ingresos. ** Responsabilidades:** 1. Gestión y coordinación de eventos: - Planificación, organización y ejecución de eventos en el restaurante (corporativos, bodas, celebraciones privadas, cenas especiales, etc.). - Coordinación con los diferentes departamentos del hotel (banquetes, cocina, servicio, A&B, housekeeping) para garantizar un evento impecable. - Supervisión del montaje y desmontaje de los eventos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y lujo. - Gestión de imprevistos y resolución de problemas en tiempo real para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. 2.- Ventas y relación con clientes: - Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de ventas para incrementar la rentabilidad del restaurante a través de eventos. - Captación y fidelización de clientes mediante una atención personalizada y servicio de excelencia. - Visitas comerciales, presentaciones y negociaciones con clientes potenciales. - Elaboración de propuestas comerciales atractivas, cotizaciones y contratos de eventos. 3.- Conocimientos y administración: - Gestión de presupuestos, cotizaciones y control de costos para optimizar la rentabilidad de los eventos. - Uso de sistemas de gestión hotelera OPERA y CRM para el seguimiento de clientes y eventos. - Coordinación con proveedores externos (decoración, entretenimiento, Requisitos: - Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en organización de eventos en hoteles, restaurantes de lujo o espacios gastronómicos premium. - Formación en Hotelería, Turismo, Administración de Empresas, Gastronomía o afines. - Habilidades comerciales y experiencia en ventas. - Nivel de inglés avanzado (deseable otros idiomas). - Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (sistemas de reservas, CRM, Excel, PowerPoint). - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en horarios flexibles. - Perfil dinámico, con habilidades de negociación, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
