What will you do? • Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor, • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives, • Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results, • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth, • Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns, • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions, • Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations, • Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce, • Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs Candidate profile • Nordic language level of C2, and C1 level of English (written and spoken) (Norwegian or Swedish or Danish)., • Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role, • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers, • Strong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plus, • Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights, • Excellent communication and presentation skills, • Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Employer offers • Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona, • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus, • Referral program with attractive incentives, • Continuous training, certifications, and development programs, • Clear career growth opportunities within an international company, • Supportive team environment with coaching and ongoing development About Barcelona Barcelona offers a unique blend of professional opportunities and high quality of life, with a sunny climate, vibrant culture, and international atmosphere.
