We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Spain and support the Control & Reporting function within Iberia. 📍 Location: Mutxamel (Alicante), Spain As Financial Controller, you will support the Head of Controlling and collaborate closely with both the Control & Reporting and Accounting teams. This position plays a key role in monitoring financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, improving financial processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group standards. Main responsabilities: • Monitor the economic and financial performance of the company, preparing internal reports and trend analyses to support decision-making., • Collect, analyse, and consolidate financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions., • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in line with Group deadlines and local regulations., • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and calculations to support key business decisions., • Prepare profitability and cost-efficiency analyses to optimize business performance., • Evaluate and improve financial processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and data quality., • Support bidding processes by collaborating with commercial and operational teams on financial evaluations., • Manage and report flight hours, insurance cost calculations, and travel expenses., • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and internal procedures. Core capabilities: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy., • Good communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment., • Strong organisational and reporting skills., • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field., • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)., • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint., • Knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS accounting standards., • Good knowledge and experience working with SAP. Required experience: Essential: • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling & Reporting environments., • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes. Desirable: • Previous experience in international or highly regulated environments., • Experience supporting operational and commercial teams in financial evaluations or bidding processes.
