Tu principal objetivo será la conversión de potenciales clientas en socias del centro, ofreciendo una experiencia personalizada y cuidada desde el primer contacto. 🎯 Funciones principales: Recepción y atención al cliente (presencial, telefónica y online). Presentar el centro y sus servicios a nuevas clientas. Gestión de reservas, altas y seguimiento de potenciales. Apoyo en tareas administrativas básicas y organización interna. Trabajo en colaboración con el equipo para mejorar la experiencia global del cliente. ✅ Requisitos imprescindibles: Dominio del catalán (oral y escrito). Perfil claramente comercial y orientado a resultados. Excelente capacidad de comunicación y trato con el público. Buena presencia, empatía y amabilidad. Persona organizada, proactiva y con iniciativa. Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes y sábado por la mañana en horario de media jornada. Se valorará: Experiencia previa en centros de bienestar, fitness, yoga o similares. Conocimientos básicos de herramientas digitales de gestión de clientes. Under the guidance of the Head of Bars & Restaurants, the Bar Manager directs the operations of the Bars within the hotel. The Bar Manager assures the outlet’s service is true to the SLS brand by fostering a team culture in which its members feel empowered to make decisions and take responsibility for their workload and professional development. Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation. Ensure the food & beverage concept of the restaurant is well executed and expectations of guests and the team are accomplished whilst continually looking for areas to improve. Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations. Manage food & beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns and food standards. Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. Ensure that the food & beverage team is continually trained in product and menu knowledge. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food & beverages to meet set standards. Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. Ensures that regular, on-going communication occurs in the restaurant. Contributes to the hiring process, conduct performance appraisals, and make personnel-related decisions. Ensures that food and beverage products are of the highest quality and presented effectively. Supports the Head of Bars & Restaurants in various administrative tasks, including departmental reports and strategic planning. Establishes clear expectations and holds the food and beverage team accountable for exemplifying desired service standards. Qualifications What we are looking for... Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Bars management. +3 years experience in hospitality within hotels/restaurants with high volume of food & beverage operations in a management role. Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values. Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
