What you’ll do You’ll lead the creation and growth of Alex’s marketplace — connecting our AI consultations to the services that solve users’ real legal needs (beyond legal consultations). • Design and execute the marketplace strategy — product offering, pricing, and business model aligned with user demand. From divorces to visas to burofaxes, you’ll help build the full ecosystem., • Build and manage partnerships with legal tech providers, lawyers, and service platforms (e.g. wills, employment, real estate...)., • → Full-cycle ownership: prospecting, selection, onboarding, process definition, and SLA agreements., • Define and sell our value proposition to partners: craft the pitch, acquire top merchants, and onboard them to the platform., • Collaborate with AI and Product teams to integrate smart recommendations and paid actions directly within user chats., • Own and track KPIs such as conversion rate, GMV, ARPU, and take rate., • Optimize unit economics and drive marketplace profitability., • Prepare the model for international expansion . You have • 5+ years of experience in marketplace, growth, or business development roles , ideally in consumer tech., • Proven record of building and scaling transactional or monetized platforms ., • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics (LTV/CAC, funnels, cohort data)., • Entrepreneurial attitude — hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused., • Experience in consumer marketplaces (e.g. food delivery, Amazon, etc.) or in app-driven companies where the core value is delivered through a mobile product (e.g. Glovo, Revolut, Uber) is a huge plus., • Fluent in English and Spanish .
