ALEIA by Paulo Airaudo is a haute cuisine project, which received its first Michelin Star in November 2022, located in the luxurious Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona (Spain). We are looking for a sommelier to expand our dining room team. Responsibilities: -Advise clients on the selection of wines, pairings and drinks, providing a personalized and high-quality service. -Maintain and update the wine list, ensuring a high-quality selection that complements our menu. -Manage wine inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. -Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos una persona proactiva, flexible y comprometida que sepa adaptarse a los diferentes retos y situaciones. Habilidades lingüísticas: nivel bilingüe de francés. Valorable otros idiomas. Experiencia en cualquiera de estos sectores: iluminación, arquitectura, decoración, interiorismo, hábitat.
