Ensure that every single payment reaches its destination in the expected time and without issues. You will be responsible for improving payment success rates and improving the general payment delivery KPIs across our Network of more than 1000 partners. We're hiring on behalf of a leading global Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Dev Ops Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy. You'll head up a global team of 15 Dev Ops engineers, driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion Dev Sec Ops across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a distributed Dev Ops team across multiple regions. Define and execute Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops strategy aligned with business goals. Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote Dev Ops best practices. What You'll Bring: 5+ years in Dev Ops or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership.
