Responsabilidades principales: • Asistencia presencial en oficinas:, • Apertura y cierre de sesiones formativas., • Recepción y acompañamiento de formadores y alumnos., • Gestión de salas y del inventario de formación., • Resolución de incidencias operativas durante las sesiones., • Gestión completa de formación:, • Contacto y coordinación con clientes internos y proveedores externos., • Registro de información en sistemas de gestión de formación., • Gestión de alumnos a través de iFormalia., • Gestión de subvenciones FUNDAE., • Soporte administrativo a formadores y alumnos., • Otros:, • Asegurar la correcta integración de datos y procesos., • Experiencia en gestión de subvenciones FUNDAE., • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de cursos como iFormalia., • Experiencia administrativa en RRHH, consultoría de RRHH o externalización (2-3 años)., • Dominio de Outlook, Excel (avanzado), Word, PowerPoint y Teams., • Atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación y servicio al usuario., • Conocimiento en módulos de formación de Oracle o Workday (no obligatorio)., • Conocimientos en ServiceNow (SNOW)., • Formación o experiencia en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o equivalente. Otros requisitos • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Madrid., • Autorización legal para trabajar en el país.
