You will steer project plans, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and drive successful delivery. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders • Create comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Identify risks and design mitigation strategies • Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans • Monitor progress and adjust to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders • Allocate and manage resources (personnel, budget, equipment) and ensure availability • Track resource utilization and performance • Implement quality assurance to meet required standards • Conduct regular reviews and audits for compliance with standards and best practices • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects • Prepare and maintain project documentation and provide status and risk reports to stakeholders Responsabilidades • German language fluency • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • 3-5 years of project management experience in the services sector • Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector • Strong planning, execution, and risk management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Requisitos principales •
