Para ello, dirigirá y guiará al equipo garantizando que se aplican las directrices comerciales, de recursos humanos, calidad y medio ambiente, financiera y de gestión. Responsabilidades El Director de Hotel Barceló es el gestor de la cuenta de resultados del Hotel, y centra sus responsabilidades en 4 ámbitos fundamentales, no excluyentes de otras funciones: Comercial: Definir la estrategia comercial y de marketing Detectar las oportunidades de negocio teniendo en cuenta el criterio de Rentabilidad. Conocer y aprovechar todos los canales tradicionales y online. Impulsar al equipo comercial para conseguir el incremento en ventas en todos los productos ofrecidos por el Hotel, potenciando la proactividad en la consecución de negocio. Conocer los precios y posicionamiento de la competencia y explorar el mercado continuamente. Tomar decisiones estratégicas de Yield Management. Gestión financiera: Velar por la rentabilidad del establecimiento prestando atención a los ratios financieros y de gestión. Elaborar el presupuesto anual y realizar el seguimiento continúo del mismo. Supervisar los gastos en todos los departamentos del Hotel asegurando la correcta gestión de stocks. Estar atento y realizar seguimiento a la gestión de Cobros del establecimiento Cliente: Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, anticipándose a sus necesidades y atendiendo a sus quejas y darle una solución. Velar por la fidelización del cliente, preguntándose de manera constante qué necesita el cliente. Asegurar la adecuada atención y respuesta a quejas, reclamaciones y sugerencias respecto al producto y servicio. Equipo: Asegurar la selección y formación de todo su equipo Desarrollar a todas las personas que forman parte de su equipo, siendo el líder ejemplar. Fomentar la toma decisiones con sus equipos. Hacer Cantera, detectar el potencial y darles autonomía. Dar feedback a sus equipos sobre los aspectos en los que tienen que mejorar. Gestionar y planificar la plantilla adecuándola al presupuesto y previsión de necesidades. Gestionar las Relaciones Laborales Representar en el ámbito legal y económico al establecimiento. Al menos 5 años de experiencia como Director de Hotel. Nivel alto del idioma inglés, valorándose el conocimiento de otros idiomas (alemán, francés). Titulación académica a nivel de Diplomatura, preferiblemente en Turismo, Hostelería, ADE, económicas o similar. Experiencia en gestión comercial (TTOO, agencias, OTAs y canal directo) así como en la gestión financiera. Experiencia en gestión integral del Hotel y trato con el cliente y a trabajar con autonomía y toma de decisión. Experiencia en gestión de equipos y desarrollo de personas.
