Currently in a key growth phase, the company is building its core team and operational structure, offering a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a pivotal role in shaping the business as it scales. • Own and drive the company’s distribution strategy across Europe, • Build and manage relationships with luxury hotels, boutique hotels, beach clubs, private members clubs, and high-end retail locations, • Secure premium points of sale (POS) aligned with the company’s brand positioning, • Develop and close strategic partnerships (hospitality groups, real estate, fashion & lifestyle brands), • Identify new distribution opportunities in key luxury destinations, • Negotiate placement deals and long‑term collaborations, • Manage and grow a high‑quality sales pipeline, • Represent the company as a senior brand ambassador in key markets, • 5 years proven experience at senior level in sales, partnerships, or business development within luxury, hospitality, or media, • Existing network in relevant industries, • Start‑up mindset with the ability to bring structure to a fast‑moving, evolving environment, • Proven track record of closing high‑value deals, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, • Fluent in English (additional languages preferred), • Highly connected and relationship‑driven, • Commercially sharp with strong deal‑making ability, • Confident, polished, and credible in luxury environments, • Self‑driven with strong ownership mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
