We're a small, growing brand with a strong voice and an engaged audience of travel lovers — and we're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help us scale our online presence and turn followers into customers. Responsibilities: • Content Creation for TikTok and Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, • Create and post short-form video content that showcases Barcelona's hidden gems, food, lifestyle, and tours. Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats — and move fast. The goal: grow our following and convert viewers into customers., • Design visually appealing posts, reels, and stories that highlight Barcelona’s landmarks, food, culture, and lifestyle., • Write compelling captions in a tone consistent with the brand's voice., • Community Engagement:, • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and questions to maintain excellent customer interactions., • Engage with followers and tourism-related content to increase visibility., • Strategy & Analytics:, • Develop a content calendar aligned with promotional goals, local events, and seasonal trends., • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and reach., • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them creatively into campaigns., • Collaborations:, • Identify and collaborate with influencers or partners to amplify brand awareness., • Coordinate with the Live Life Barcelona team for announcements, app updates, or featured content. · Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with travel creators, lifestyle influencers, and content partners. Build relationships that generate authentic, high-reach content about Live Life Barcelona. Spot co-promotion opportunities with hotels, restaurants, and travel brands in Barcelona. • Opportunity Scouting: Proactively find new channels, trends, and partnerships we haven't tapped yet. Think press features, travel blogs, affiliate programs, or emerging platforms. Bring ideas to the table — not just execution. Requirements: • Strong discipline and organisational skills, • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry., • Strong understanding of Barcelona’s culture, landmarks, and lifestyle., • Proficiency in social media tools, including Canva, CapCut, and ManyChat, • Excellent written communication skills in English (Spanish and Catalan are a plus)., • Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and design.
