The role We are looking for an Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our lab ( manufacturing partner) and help scale the business. This is a hands-on role handling production (skincare manufacturing), inventory management, logistics, finance and data analysis to continuously improve our operations. You will work closely with the founders and be based full-time at our laboratory in Benitachell, where you will be an integral part of the daily lab operations of the manufacturing partner as well as HQ in Barcelona. Puesto: Diseñador/a de Ropa & Diseñador/a Gráfico (Presencial – Esplugues) Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a Diseñador/a de Ropa y Diseñador/a Gráfico creativo/a, organizado/a y con experiencia en transformar ideas en diseños listos para producción. Esta persona trabajará presencialmente en nuestra oficina ubicada en Avenida Cornellà, Esplugues, participando en todo el proceso desde el concepto hasta la fabricación. Responsabilidades: Convertir nuestras ideas y referencias en diseños finales profesionales. Crear archivos vectoriales (AI, EPS, PDF) listos para enviar al proveedor. Desarrollar Tech Packs completos con medidas, materiales, detalles técnicos y especificaciones. Hablar y coordinar directamente con proveedores, incluyendo proveedores. Organizar todos los archivos y documentos para que el proveedor pueda trabajar rápido y sin errores. Diseñar todo tipo de ropa: camisetas, hoodies, pantalones, shorts, etc. Seguir el proceso completo de diseño → revisión → ajustes → aprobación final. Requisitos: Experiencia demostrable como diseñador/a de moda, diseñador/a gráfico o similar. Dominio de Illustrator, Photoshop u otros programas de diseño. Capacidad para crear vectores precisos y material listo para producción. Experiencia creando Tech Packs. Capacidad de comunicación con proveedores internacionales. Persona organizada, rápida y detallista. Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Avenida Cornellà, Esplugues. Valoramos: Experiencia en marcas de ropa. Experiencia revisando muestras y trabajando con producción textil. Inglés básico o intermedio para proveedores. Horario / Modalidad: Presencial en Avenida Cornellà, Esplugues. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field., • At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling and IFRS reporting, or in consulting., • CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent international qualification is a plus., • Fluent in Spanish and English., • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities., • Proficient in financial software and MS Office tools.
