Its more than 700 consultants and experts in 11 countries support clients in re-engineering their Front to Back Office processes and integrate leading software vendors' solutions in distribution, concession, credit management, collections, risk management, compliance, accounting, leasing and renting. Our customers are asset finance companies or major financial institutions and automotive organizations across Europe and Africa. We support them before, during and after software implementation projects, mainly for solutions from vendors such as: ALFA, Linedata (EKIP), MILES and Cassiopae. Our scope covers all functions, such as gap analysis, process definition and design, configuration, testing assistance, change management, document management, reporting and release management. You can find more information about us here: RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as PMO for a strategic integration and transformation program within a leading financial services organization in Spain., • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects related to system deployment, process harmonization and portfolio migration., • Support the definition, planning and governance of the overall program, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timelines, dependencies and objectives., • Consolidate and monitor project plans, milestones, risks, issues and inter-project dependencies across all workstreams., • Prepare and maintain program-level documentation, including master planning, status reports, RAID logs and executive dashboards., • Ensure effective coordination between business, IT and external partners at both local and international levels., • Facilitate governance forums such as steering committees, project reviews and coordination meetings., • Track progress, KPIs, resource allocation and key deliverables, ensuring early identification of deviations and risks., • Support change management activities, including impact analysis, decision coordination and follow-up on action plans., • Ensure consistency of reporting, methodology and governance across projects., • Act as a central point of coordination for program-related topics., • Proactively identify risks, constraints and dependencies, proposing mitigation actions and escalation when required., • Contribute to ensuring a smooth transition during integration and migration phases., • Languages: Fluent French and English are mandatory; Spanish is mandatory., • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance, computer science or equivalent professional experience., • Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role within complex, multi-project or transformation programs., • Strong understanding of project and program governance, planning and reporting practices., • Experience in IT systems implementation, migration or integration projects is required., • Experience within financial services, banking, leasing or asset finance environments is a strong plus., • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, IT and external partners., • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Strong communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders., • Experience working in a multinational environment with distributed teams is a plus., • Familiarity with project and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence or similar) is a plus.
