About The Role Sulzer is transforming its IT operating model to better meet business needs and achieve operational excellence. The IT Architecture & Portfolio Platforms Manager is a key role within the CIO Office and the IT Service Management function. The position is responsible for the technical ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of the platforms supporting Enterprise Architecture (EA) and IT Portfolio Management, primarily SAP LeanIX and ServiceNow SPM, as well as their integrations with eventual other Project Management tools. The role ensures that platform capabilities are effectively leveraged to support enterprise-wide architectural transparency, strategic IT planning, demand and portfolio governance, and project execution processes. Acting as the bridge between Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Management, Service Management, and Delivery teams, the incumbent ensures that tools and processes are aligned with strategic goals, well-integrated, and operating at high maturity. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Own and operate SAP LeanIX from technical and functional perspectives, ensuring configurations, data quality, metamodels, and integrations meet standards. Translate architecture strategy into LeanIX structures, governance models, and reporting. Manage releases, upgrades, vendor coordination, and act as SME for LeanIX capabilities and EA tooling. Recommend and implement platform enhancements; develop dashboards, workflows, and analytics for governance and lifecycle management. Provide guidance, best practices, and training to CIO Office teams. Technically own Demand, Portfolio, and Project Management processes in ServiceNow SPM. Configure and enhance SPM capabilities for portfolio governance, prioritization, and project lifecycle processes. Collaborate with ITSM teams to ensure alignment with the broader ServiceNow strategy. Own and manage integrations across LeanIX, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and related systems, ensuring alignment and reliable synchronization. Design, implement, and maintain API‑or middleware‑based integrations. Define and enforce governance for usage, workflows, catalogs, and data models. Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across EA and portfolio domains. Maintain platform documentation, operating procedures, and standards. To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need Hands‑on expertise with LeanIX as platform owner or technical administrator. LeanIX Administrator or Practitioner certifications. Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow SPM (Demand, Portfolio, Project Management). Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools. Solid understanding of EA frameworks (TOGAF, BIZBOK, ArchiMate). Proven experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, data synchronization). Strong analytical skills; ability to translate strategy into system configurations. Background in IT governance, portfolio management, or enterprise architecture. Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑team collaboration. Structured, process‑oriented working style with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple platforms, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously. Clear communication and documentation skills; proactive optimization mindset. Would Be a Plus Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. ServiceNow certifications (CIS‑PPM, CSA). Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and Application Portfolio Management. Experience with Agile methodologies. Background in IT Service Management or CIO Office functions. What we offer you A permanent contract.
