Se busca persona para atención al cliente en Leganés, Madrid. Las funciones principales incluyen recibir vehículos que han sufrido un siniestro, tramitar la entrega de los mismos una vez reparados, y facilitar a los clientes un vehículo de sustitución, de cortesía o una alternativa de movilidad. Se atenderán las necesidades de cada persona siguiendo las directrices del coordinador del centro de servicio y la normativa vigente. Se requiere tener un Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Automoción, o un Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Carrocería o Pintura. Es necesario un conocimiento básico de programas de valoración de daños de carrocería, manejo básico de Excel y nivel intermedio de Outlook. Imprescindible carnet de conducir B2 y experiencia previa como recepcionista en talleres de carrocería o concesionarios, además de experiencia en gestión telefónica y atención al público. El Area Manager supervisara un porfolio de tiendas ubicadas en el mismo centro.
